You misspelled porage. This is a clue, no? *googles Porage....* storage Poor age ARG!!! Now I will have to spend the next 2 hours making/attempting to solve anagrams... I LOVE YOU MAN! *hands George a beer*
OOO CLEVER! Not misspelled, alternatively spelled as in Scottish Breakfast cereal...Scott's Porage Oats...hmmmm Scott... Scottish... Ewan McGregor! No He's not huge enough..
Also, since I can possibly get the answer from the "horse's mouth" ...
In AGoT, Arya tries to catch a "one-eared black tom" cat that is described as "older than sin and twice as mean." In a later Ned chapter, Varys mentions that Rhaenys had a small black kitten called Balerion.
I love a man that can rock a kilt http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6tZ0LWGdTq0 HE IS PERFECT! Oh I bet you are so tickled! This is really coming together nicely. Isn't this fun? I'm so glad you are playing this Game of Thrones with us. This is the best. You are the best! *takes beer back and replaces it with a nice glass of Glenmorangie 25...* there now all is as it should be...
If it's the actor I think it is (Rory McCann), I actually suggested him as Robert way back when (figuring he'd look terrific for flashbacks, and they can always stick him in a fat suit otherwise...)
And I forgot he was Atilla the Hun in the dramatized documentary that was part of the "Heroes and Villains" series in the U.K. I came across it when looking into high-end, low-cost special effects, and the director of that one did some amazing work to recreate huge battles on a very tight budget. Quality's not very good, but here's the trailer, showcasing what a smart special effect guy can do, plus some bits with McCann.
I also think it's an actor -- I just don't know which one, but I was wondering if "porage" was a clue of some kind... Perhaps there was an actor in say, a version of "Oliver"?

I assume that means Cersei.

(am guessing it's actually the Mountain What Rides and given that Rory McCann was in a Scott's Porage Oats advert...)
Btw, has anyone considered Jay Laga'aia for Khal Drogo? He'd be awesome.

I Know You've cast Rory McCann as the hound!!!
He is big and did Porage commercials!!!
By George I think I've got it!!!!
Am I right?
Am I close?
He is The Hound I've always pictured.
I'd say the only problem with him is that you'd need to find someone even larger to play The Mountain that Rides.

Are these the same cat? Just curious.

i may be paranoid but i've come to identify the "mischievous" mood as "i know something about the casting you don't!"... :S
A clue, a typo, or a valid spelling difference? I'm not sure any longer.

Is he?
He could also be Khal Drogo and pull off another Attila like he did for BBC.
Come on George... you can tell us... pretty please...
