I don't know, I've seen female bodybuilders whose proportions are certainly more like that of men than standard female proportions, particularly in the area of shoulder to hip, waist to hip ratio.
Tom Meier, who sculpted this one, is one of the top sculptors in the business and regularly discusses proportions of miniatures in relation to real life people on his blog. It makes interesting reading. :)
