Dinklage as Tyrion = awesomesauce. I second what Rarewind said - there is not better actor in the world to play him.
May be incredibly unrealistic, but since they got Sean Bean to play Ned, which is something I am still geeking out about, what the hell - if I were to cast the role of Littlefinger, I would go for Tom Hollander. The man could totally pull that off, he is simply fantastic in these types of roles. And I cannot help but hear his voice whenever I read a line of Littlefingers dialogue.
Anyways, no matter what the casting decisions, I have no doubt they will be perfect.
