I also forgot who Arianne was. Her POV is relatively new, and not as ingrained in my brain as POVs originating in Game of Thrones or Clash of Kings. I mean the one POV of Arianne has her sitting in a well cushioned room for what seems like 50 pages. But the Dornish perspective is welcome.

The timing of this is interesting...

GRRM does sometimes mention a re-written chapter or give a manuscript page count of his work in progress... but this "update" feels weightier... like this decision might herald the very soon "completion" of this long awaited work.

My fingers are crossed. I still remember the day when I stopped checking his website daily for updates to when Feast would be complete. (I remember dreaming that the book was done. How dissapointed I was when I woke up!!!!). And now the wait continues for Dance. With the HBO news, I am definitely checking this website more often, every other day or so. I hope to hear some GREAT news before GRRM leaves for his Clarion workshop.
