I couldn't get beyond the similarity of Jacobi (who I have never heard of) and Dr. Jacoby from Twin Peaks... which made me thing of the one armed man... which made me thing of Jaime (obviously cast) but did lead me to think of Vargo Hoat... who maimed Jaime.
but clearly none of that has anything to do with this.
