Typical Woody Johnson-era Jets. They did the same thing after the Giants won Super Bowl XLII. Instead of taking steps to improve the team in the areas they needed to, they sign Brett Favre and become a laughingstock.
Their little brother inferiority complex when it comes to the Giants is unreal. Of course I'm a Giants fan and I HATE the Woody Johnson Jets so this is all very amusing to me. But I feel for the Jets fans who are watching their team's owner and GM systematically destroy what actually works for the team and ignore the obvious problems in their pursuit of celebrity and buzz.
