I hear these are rustling quite a few jimmies in the less humor-inclined peeps there in the US. Probably the same peeps that thought it would be RAEG-worthy that a Bush mask was impaled.

Red Weddingn(SPOILER)
The Red Wedding was one of the most shocking, depressing moments in a book I've ever read. I had to put the book down and mourn for a few minutes. Thanks for evoking some emotion.

I am due to re-read the entire series so far as I am a devourer of books and will definitely need to catch up again before the release of the next book. I love how the characters are not black and white but more grey and rounded!

My other fantasy author favourites are Terry Pratchett, Tad Williams and Robin Hobb. Not sure if you've read these authors but I highly recommend them :)
