A long, long day of travel yesterday, Barcelona to Atlanta to Albuquerque to Santa Fe. Followed by collapse.
But it's a new day, and I am back at my desk in the land of green chile. Just finished getting caught up on my email. So much work to do.
Thanks for all my friends in Spain for making our visit so much fun.

Just wanted to let you know that I just finished reading A Storm of Swords... I hate you, but I still love you. Hehe isn't that exactly what you want to inspire in people?

:)
If I were to guess, I'd say he's 60% done writing it.
At least you made it home in time for football. Cheers!

I'm glad you made it home safely from your trip.
Thank you for sharing the stories in you head with us. Like everyone else, I'm looking forward to the next book :)

Welcome home. Just finished the "A song of Ice and fire" first five.
I'm a little sad now. I'm looking for some other books to catch up on till book 6.
Any help would be appreciated.
Anyone please feel free to reply. I'm new on here and it was a bit of a pain signing up.
GRRM, if you find yourself in Lubbock, please post so I can get an autograph.
And I will be in College Station next year as well.
See my Appearances page on my website for links and details.
Home again, home again - Green Chile! Hot damn!
If it is not on my Appearances page, it is not on my schedule.
I just read on your website that you'll be coming to Australia next year. I can't tell you how excited I am!
I have questions about both BatB and Brienne for you, so I'll be first in line.
But Santa Fe is full of places with great chile. I would suggest Tecolote Cafe or Chris's Cafe for breakfast, the Shed or Tomasita's or (especially) Maria's for dinner or lunch.
I have devoured your Game of Thrones books recently; I would like to thank you for your excellent work, the rhythm of the prose and story line are impeccable.
The balance you strike between the absolutely real and the magical also ensnares me, it is a style I love.
I have been working hard for the past few years to put myself in a position to be able to write myself, your style fascinates me and although I do write fantasy our story lines are quite different.
I can imagine you are an extremely busy individual yourself, however I would like to ask a small favour, I am looking for a mentor, I would be eternally grateful if that could be you, yet I understand that this may be unlikely, however maybe you could suggest someone?
Yours sincerely,
A Fan & Aspiring Author.
