It has been in the top 20 of the Hardback list for just about an entire year. That hardly ever happens. Congrats on that, George. I hope it stays around in hardback for some time to come. It continues to climb the all-time hardback bestseller list.

It is now one of the best hardback bestsellers in the US during the history of the list. And I loved it. Beautifully written novel.

I eagerly await your attempt to do it again. Winds of Winter is the book I anticipate more than any other since...well...A Dance With Dragons.

I was waiting at the bookstore the day A Feast For Crows was published. I know my contribution helped it hit #1 that week, but your fan-base is now enormous. I was rubbing shoulders with many fans back then, but now the world has discovered these books. It's about friggin' time.

Thanks to HBO for signing up and opening it up to millions of new readers. My copies of all the books have made the rounds in my family. After preaching to my family like The Damphair for years, finally some of them have listened and become huge fans in their own right. I won't be the only one in my family, now, standing in line on publication day of The Winds of Winter. And if it takes another 5 years before that day, so be it. I've been here before.

Season 3 of the show starts March 2012...hm...
