Hello George, I really don't want to start some kind of trend of having people bug you with questions on here and make you regret answering that other fan's question, so feel free to ignore this if you wish. But I did think it was really kind of you to answer, and figured I'd take a stab at asking you something small and insignificant that I'd been wondering.
I was just curious how old Brienne is. Unlike most other characters, we don't have lots of info to go on, but I always assumed pretty young (20-ish)? Thanks so much. :D
Haha thanks for the reply! Now I have a good excuse to go back and reread to try to find a mention of it ;) (Not that I needed an excuse anyway... Hehe). And if not, at least I was close to the mark :P
'Brienne's eyes were large and very blue, a young girl's eyes, trusting and guileless, but the rest...'
A rather important statement from Catelyn, since Jaime remembers her eyes in AFFC, and George has acknowledged how much he hates describing eyes, and wishes they were all the same color. So when re-reading the series I appreciate these descriptions more since so much painstaking effort is going into the story.
George please consider coming to Philadelphia when you book more appearances.
It is the birthplace of two great nations. One built on freedom and independence. The other was formed on a quest for Pat's cheesesteaks.
