Your LA meetings sound exciting. Obviously we'll be thrilled if there are going to be Game of Thrones spin off series, or a Fevre Dream film, or whatever. Just like we'll be thrilled to see the ice and fire map book and world book, etc.
That said, maybe in part for your own sanity it's best to take things one at a time and prioritise! And maybe (tentative maybe, not wishing to offend) focus on son of kong and son of son of kong more than on all those monkeys.
After all, I suspect that in years to come the thing that will endure the most will be one of the best pieces of prose fiction ever written. It WILL be the ultimate kong, the sun around which the planets orbit – emphasis on the WILL because the way you write, it's inevitable.
