Here's hoping - my copies of Windhaven and The Armageddon Rag are getting rather tattered these days.

And, someday, I really want to hear a Nazgul tribute album. Maybe now that you're all famous and such, you can convince some named artists to make one. Just so long as it's not Rod Stewart doing Ragin'. (Because I'm just now half-convinced Ron Wood singing "Ooh-la-la" was some of the inspiration for Rick singing it...).

Or, you know, not.

I'll participate, though I doubt i'll win. ;-)

Besides, I just purchased a Copy of "Wild Cards I" a few days ago for a mere 3 bucks...
English books are pretty cheap in my country, because they're not bound to the "German Buchpreisbindung"

Fevre Dream is amazing, I read it last Christmas and it was so blind-blowingly tense! Any chance of a movie some time? :)

A Game Of Thrones
Dear Mr. Martin!
Greetings from Shizuoka, Japan!
I finally got hold of the whole 5-tome A Song Of Ice and Fire Series!
Not easy away from Tokyo in Japan!
It had been recommended to me so many times. I bought the whole series to the surprise of the bookstore clerk! LOL
I have just finished A Fame of Thrones. It took less than a week to read in-between work!
I particularly enjoyed the staggered format which makes the story easy to understand and read!
The story is on the dark side and can be shocking for some, but that is how it was in Medieval Europe.
The Dothraki reminded me of the Scythians in Eastern Europe!
I read somewhere that your ancestors came from France. Am I right?
I'm French myself but have lived in Japan for 36 years. Actually our initials are almost the same!
I have started A Clash of Kings and will comment on it soon!
Thank you so much for all the pleasure!
Best regards,
Robert-Gilles Martineau
