Shocked that greedy chancers are so blatant about turning a quick buck. Instead of returning the baseballs, why not donate them to a local peewee team? In fact, instead of all the bother and time wasted "returning to sender", items not 'pre-arranged' with you could be donated to charities e.g. clothing to a homeless centre, toys to a children's hospital, books to colleges/schools etc.Your admin time alone winnowing the chaff from the grain must be horrendous & how will you know something is not 'pre-arranged' until you open it? Then you have to re-wrap all the unsolicited crap, address it, take it to the post office and arrange to pay all the individual postage costs? I say that's spinach and to hell with it. I take my hat off to you all though; for keeping your integrity in the face of such stark profiteering (excuse the pun). Why are there so many Littlefingers in the world...? Sigh.
