Turkey Day
- Nov. 22nd, 2012 at 11:20 AM
I have a lot to be thankful for... and you guys are a huge part of that.
It has been another amazing year.
Keep reading, all. I'll keep writing.
Now go eat some turkey (or ham, or goose, or terducken, whatever your pleasure).

have a wonderful day today on Thanksgiving. I am thankful for many things, you are truly one of them. The world of Fire and Ice has had a significant impact on my very essence.

Eat well, hope the writing goes well, and enjoy some football!
Happy Thanksgiving George.
All the best.

Hope y'all have a good Thanksgiving! Miss seeing you this year.
(Ugh, I have indigestion.)
Can we look forward to Your new book next Year??!
Anyway, thank you for this masterpiece.
I will strive to wait patiently; not get cranky and impatient on you- like a child anticipating Christmas. (I just placated myself by reading the first five Fire and Ice books again.)
I wish you continued strength and inspiration!
Happy holidays!

By the way in Turkish, the same bird's name comes from India and I heard that in Portuguese, its name comes from Peru. I wonder, how come all different nations decided to give a foreign county's name to the same bird. I know, it should have been brought to the countries later but still there are lots of species that are brought from different countries. Well, I talked a lot. Bone appetite Mr. Martin!
And if you don't come to real Turkey I will find a job in the US and haunt you :)
And when I need to get away, I'm thankful that there are places like Westeros and Essos for me to visit. Places where I can get lost, at least for a little while...
Happy Thanksgiving all!
(as pointed out directly on Once Upon a Time)
I myself do not write much or often, but I know that authors have personal lives that they're busy living, and muses show up at their own whim. In short, I think you're doing it right. Your current fan base might howl now, but your fans twenty-five years from now will be eternally grateful.
Feel free to delete this comment if I got too personal.
Your books are one of the things in life that I am very thankful for!
