If you want to go international with your apps, supporting Android is an absolute no-brainer. I know this because I make apps for a living, but lookie here, I also have charts, graphs, figures and facts to back me up! Just look at all those pretty pictures.
iOS exclusivity is acceptable if and only if your market is the US. So come on, Random House, get 2 people, max, with Android development experience, or even just Java know-how (learning Android is not hard for any decent dev), and do this thing!
