Stardom

I'm a star!

But I'm a brittle one, it seems.

It is all very Lovecraftian. But I'm flattered. And bemused.

But congrats George :D

They gave it your name after the appearance of the Baratheon crown but found it at a depth of 900 ft (House Greyjoy?) though it's a type of star creature (House Martell?). Yet I always took you for a Stark. If I find a new wolf species, it's yours. ;)

Could be worse. At least it's not some new super-virus that will wipe out humanity.

Congrats!
Seriously cool. Here's a vote for a "Ophiohamus GeorgeMartini" cocktail down at the JCC.

Mmmmm
I'm not a big fan of gin, but a Georgemartini sounds pretty good...

What is starfish can never die. Cut them in half and both halves rise harder and stronger.

Starfish are literally immortal creatures. Like lobsters and jellyfish, unless killed, they can live forever.

Congrats! What an honor.

Hey George,

Do you know if your interview recently at Baltimore will be posted on YouTube?

Perhaps they should name a martini after you! Congratulations, they should name a star after you next!

House Brittle Star
"Many of them are tiny, tiny little critters that fit easily into cracks, crevices and nooks in rocks.” Oh man. They have you pegged, sir. Congrats on your new, multi-limbed immortality! What is named after a brittle star may never die.

I visited Meow Wolf's The House of Eternal Return and absolutely loved it. It's one of those rare experiences for which they could likely charge twice as much and it would still be worth it. Thanks for helping to launch the experience! I can't wait to go back and visit for longer. I also enjoyed The Love That Would Not Die at the Cocteau and about a half dozen burritos at Tec during my visit. Also tried to find Forrest Fenn's treasure but ended up finding lots of free-range deer and some seriously hairy cows, instead. 'Twas a great trip. Hope you've been well. Write on.
