Scooped

Well, the HOLLYWOOD REPORTER has spoiled part of my fun. How can I properly torment my readers if they're going to go around printing the news?

http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/hr/content_display/television/news/e3icaec2feffc977edcd7939413cf46b0d9

Yes, it's true. Jennifer Ehle has been cast as Catelyn Stark.

Most of you will know her best from her portrayal of Elizabeth Bennet in the BBC's miniseries of PRIDE AND PREJUDICE in 1995, but she's got all sorts of other credits, she's won a BAFTA Award and two Tonys, and she will be a wonderful Catelyn.

Fortunately, even HOLLYWOOD REPORTER doesn't know all the cool stuff I know, so I will still be able to smile engimatically and drop sly hints in Montreal.

(I'll be good, I will, I will).

I'm off tomorrow. See you there.

I'm just glad we were all able to get this nice bit of info without resorting to boozing you up and/or plunking your magic twanger.

I can't even picture Cat anymore. She always turns to Stoneheart.

She was awesome as Elizabeth Bennet but I'm sure she'll do a fantastic job of pulling off Cat.

Oh she's *just* what I see in my head when I read about her! Good job casting. Do you get any say so about casting? Is she who you see?

After having bought most work of yours available on Kindle I can say this is torture.

What a great looking Catelyn though. I might have to try to search for some video of her to hear her voice. Catelyn always struck me as having a small voice compared to her sister or Cersei.

I'm really anxious to see more cast though (Littlefinger especially). Ptolemy's eunuch from ROME stuck in my head as Varys after watching that series, even though he's not quite that shape.

Excellent! Looks like they are going for a much more mature interpretation of the book. So much the better. I always felt that the adults and heirs were written as too young. Exceptions being the younger kids.

I dunno. She doesn't generally act or look like enough of a witch to be Catelyn. And does she look stupid enough to kidnap a Lannister?

But she's a good actress so hopefully she can pull it off.

If shes so good maybe she can finish the book while plunking ur magic twanger at the same time.

I must say, that casting so far is just perfect, IMHO of course:) But I must say, that I'll be much happier if someone choose Rihard Armitage as Sandor. He would be perfect for this character, although he is not so muscular.

Good choice! But secretly deep down I was hoping for Miranda Otto:

Am I right or what!?

WARRIORS Anthology
Hello George, it's a bit off topic, but do you know why I can't find the WARRIORS Anthology up on Amazon yet?

I was hoping for on a update on the projected release date, since I recall that it's already been submitted to the butchers (editors).

That first picture all-in-red would perfectly fit for Melisandre, wouldn't it?

Unfortunately I do not know her, but she sure looks like how I pictured Catelyn! So yay! I will trust your judgement that her acting is up to par. I am so excited!!!
