They're Not Siblings...

... but they play them on TV.

Maisie Williams, Isaac Hempstead-Wright, and Sophie Turner were strangers when they were cast, respectively, as Arya, Bran, and Sansa Stark, but the three have since become fast friends, which I think is cool. They even like to hang when they're not working.

Anyway, Sophie Turner's mum Sally sent me this picture of their latest get-together, and I wanted to share it with my readers.

The fourth member of the quartet is the newest member of the Turner family -- Zunni, the dog who played Lady. Sophie and Sally adopted her after the show wrapped.

I was having such a terrible terrible morning at work, but then read this post, and immediately felt happier :) Ahh, looking forward to going home tonight, and settling down to pick up where I left off in "Storm of Swords" (2nd time around of course!)

Nice to know that not only should the show be a great experience to watch, but that it was also a great experience for those involved in making it.

Aw, I think Zunni looks very regal, just how I imagined Lady when I read the AGOT. SO CUTESY!

This actually made me sniffle, just a little bit. But it's filled with warm smiles.

First, it's always good to see young actors being friends.

Second, that they actually liked their animal counterparts so much that they got to adopt them. A practice that always make me happy to hear.

Thirdly, well, because I hope this Lady gets to live a long and happy life.

Aw, how nice is that! You so rarely see pictures of vacating celebs that aren't smiling at the apparent camera. They're either really creative or already really famous.

This is silly, but the scene I dread most is her end.

Re: zunni/lady
Mine too. It came as a real shock to me when I read the books, it was the first hint we had that things don't always (or rather, seldom) happen as we wish.

It's so lovely to see Zunni so happy and good that after all the filming time together they don't have to part!
Just to answer some of the previous posts, Zunni is a Northern Inuit Society registered Northern Inuit Dog. The filming company looked at a lot of different breeds but eventually went with the Northern Inuits because of their look and most importantly their trainability. All the dogs used in the filming were Northern Inuits including the pups.
Really looking forward to the series starting now!

Wow. I didn´t know that Sophie is that tall. She is very tall, wow.

Oh, these kids make me fall in love everyday. Specially Maisie and Isaac, who, until the moment, hasn´t been seen much in the teasers, but i think is perfect for the role, with those beatiful eyes.

This is going to be amazing.
