Snowstorm on Skull Island

Will this damned snow ever cease?

Might be, might be. Saw a sliver of sun last night.

(Oh, it's a gorgeous sunny happy day in Santa Fe. Just not out on Skull Island).

Wrestling with a pair of krakens. One almost subdued, t'other still writhing and twisting and slapping me alongside the head with her tenatcles. After them, I've got a wolf to face.

Let them eat calamari! (cake for dessert?)
Hi Geroge. Thanks for another meaty update! This one comes with a side of calamari too I see. Squeeze some lemon and drizzle some tar-tar sauce on it and you have quite a feast! I have been following this website for a while and I just wanted you to know that you have become my favorite editor/blogger/football commentator ever. Glad to hear you are feeling better. Don't work too hard wrestling with Kong this weekend. Go out and enjoy that lovely New Mexico weather. I have been hiking in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains several times. Maybe we could get a group hike in the mountains together some time?

Beautiful down the road about 60 miles, too! It's a nice change from the blistering cold we were having. Probably time to tackle my outdoor projects the next couple days while it holds...

Sounds promising. Hopefully there aren't too many other creatures after the wolf.

Do you find the snow inspriational when writing about the Wall? I would think that would put me in a great frame of mind for writing about icy places.

I just hope that will be the two last chapters of Dance... :)

And by the way: that's a pity not to comment anything about the books here, i've got to hold my tongue!

Go on and thanks for a wonderful job!

Reminds me of a Restoration-era play that opened with the line, (Enter, strangling a wolf.). Good luck wrestling those krakens. :)

Keep dancing George!
Lucky you, I've got real snow in front of the door, but it's another continent... Need a showel? Or a harpoon?

always liked that she-kraken
In Iowa it's nice and sunny and all that snow is melting away in front of our eyes.

Always rooting for the she-kraken.
