Season Four!!!

HBO has officially renewed GAME OF THRONES for a fourth season. (And I'm almost finished with the first draft of my script. No, sorry, not going to tell you which one it is).

Record ratings for our season three premiere, "Valar Dohaeris."

Also (sigh) record levels of piracy.

On other topics... no, no, Peter Dinklage is NOT being replaced by Warwick Davis in the role of Tyrion. That was just HBO's little April Fools joke. (I was so busy I forgot to make my own April Fools joke). So calm down, boys and girls. Peter is still with us.

Re: Season4
Season 4 has already been written. Six scripts were completed by about two months ago (as we know thanks to actors cheekily saying things they weren't meant to in interviews) so the rest must have been done by now. Most HBO shows have the scripts completed a long time before shooting starts so they can spend their budget ahead of time more wisely (unlike network shows, which frequently have their scripts written the week before filming and even just weeks before airing, often resulting in budget overruns).

Season 4 is also going to be back third of ASoS. I think some AFFC elements might come into it (particularly the ironborn stuff, which chronologically takes place late in ASoS anyway) but I'm not sure if we'll be seeing the Sand Snakes that early. A certain crimson snake on the other hand...

Re: Season4
ooooh I didn't run across those interviews revealing the first 6 scripts had already been turned.. Yeah I guess, if we get some Sand Snakes, it won't be before season 5; but the big question is how can I learn about the casting calls? Does Nina Gold work only with some agents, or is there any way one could know which roles they're casting? (if this year there is a new femalre role to get.. and if not, next year for Tyene maybe..)
I'm working on a vid with different scenes taken from AFFC and ADWD, even with some roles I dont look like (Arianne, Ellaria for ex) because I love their scenes and think showing my acting abilities is more important than just focusing on my appearance: if I get enough publicity to attract Nina's eye, she would then know which part I could,fit.. But it's getting noticed AND being in the loop (casting calls, new parts, auditions etc) that is hard..
