More Signed Books

Since my post last week, the JCC has sold out on its stock of autographed copies of A KNIGHT OF THE SEVEN KINGDOMS. Sorry. But don't fret, we have ordered more, and I will be defacing them with my illegible scrawl as soon as they come in.

We do, however, still have signed copies of the coloring book and Andy Weir's MARTIAN still available by mailorder (while the supply lasts), along with lots of other cool titles.

Including:

These and many more available through the JCC website at http://www.jeancocteaubooks.com/

Happy reading.

A quick question, if you're in the mood to answer it: how do you approach scheduling your writing each day? Do you have a specific time of day you always write, such as from getting up until the afternoon? A set number of words you intend to write each day, stopping earlier or later when you reach it? Or do you not have any particular schedule and sometimes find yourself writing in the morning, sometimes in the evening...whenever the impulse strikes you?

Just an idle bit of curiosity from a newbie writer.

It's a pity that they don't have international shipping =(

The question is not on topic.
Sir George Martin, I live in Russia and in our country very popular your works. I'm afraid that in a series, but it also based on your novels. In Russia there is a Studio that independently translates each series from English and pronounces it their own, and I must say well. The Studio has not bought the right to transfer or playback of the show or your novels. De jure, the pirates. De facto, the copyright of the translation (not work) for them. So I have a question: how do you feel about such dissemination of his works and series based on them?

Re: The question is not on topic.
This one is news to me.

Obviously, I am against piracy and copyright infringement... but sadly, in our digital age, it has become so widespread that it's hard to stop. My publisher, my lawyers, and HBO all do their best, but most times it seems like playing Whack A Mole.

No International Shipping?
Og George, say it aint so!

I clicked on the link to the bookstore and discovered that I cannot actually spend my book money on some signed treasures from your collection!

Are there plans going forward to offer shipping to, at the very least, America's Hat?

Re: No International Shipping?
We are working on this. It's tricky. International Shipping has become very expensive and very time-consuming.
