Any plans to make the signed books available across the narrow sea (in England)?

I'm curious, what does it take to actually become George's minion?

My understanding is that it involves dark rites hosted when the moon is full, incantations from forgotten tomes uttered on certain nights of the year and the ability to withstand even the hottest Mexican food without weeping.

Black & White
While they look nice, there's just something classy about black and white to my eye. I guess I'm just far too used to Alice in Wonderland or The Water-Babies style.

Any more specific info on when this will ship? (I've had my pre-order in since last May!)

OTHER BOOKS
Are there any books you can recommend to me. I love your books, and I love the Lords and Ladies part and of course the politics. Building off of that do you have any suggestions.

Re: OTHER BOOKS
It's worth looking at the authors and books that George has frequently recommended over the years: Maurice Druon (THE ACCURSED KINGS), Scott Lynch (THE LIES OF LOCKE LAMORA) and Joe Abercrombie (THE BLADE ITSELF) immediately come to mind.

Re: OTHER BOOKS
I'm about done the first book in the Accursed King series, and I just wanna say thank you to Mr. Martin for the fantastic suggestion! Onward to the sequels!

You're killing me, Minion Raya! I want this edition so very badly, but unfortunately not able to drop $300 on a book. It looks stunning, though!

Also, as an aside - hey Raya! We hung out at ConCarolinas in 2014; any chance you will be accompanying George to Mysticon and/or Balticon later this year? I was disappointed not to see you at ConQuest this past year, and am hoping to see you at a con this year.

Minions
How does one apply to be a minion? Are applications open to post graduate adults who just want an excuse to storyboard ASOIAF with different colored post its?

Gorgeous!
I bought my husband the trade hardcover and we love it. The illustrations are wonderful and we are really enjoying the additional GoTs world content. We would have loved to have added this version to our collection, but it's probably best (for my wallet) it's sold out already.

Only the lettered version is sold out. The numbered edition is still available at $295, while the supply lasts.
